Show & Venue Reviews, What's New, Pussycat?
Please share your Tom Jones shows with other fans. Setlist? Audience? Energy? What was it like being there? We’d love to hear from you.
And, while you’re telling us about the shows, please let us know what you think of the venues where Tom plays. Clubs, theaters, casinos — Tom Jones performs in all of them. Which venue do you think is the best? The worst?
So that other fans will know what’s in store when they buy their tickets, please tell us a little bit about the venues you know. If possible, try to use the format below so others can tell at a glance what you think. The best venue will merit ****. More than one review of a venue is welcome.
This & That, With A Rumor Thrown In
Wednesday, January 25th, 2006We just got back from MGM again (we are lucky to live in Las Vegas, we know that) and, again, the show (January 24th) was fabulous.
Tom is still trying different outfits but, as always, he looks finer than fine.
We also must note once again, as we did opening night, that the new lighting director is doing a great job.
As for the rumor — Well, we cannot confim this but we hear from a reliable source that Tom will be in Europe for three months — June, July and August. For all you European fans, we certainly hope that’s true. We will try to find out if it is true or not and, if you hear anything, please let us know.

I suppose that is good news for all his European fans, but to us here in the U.S. that usually see him in July and August, it is very disappointing. My friends and I usually schedule our summer around his gigs in Atlantic City and Vegas. Oh well, I guess we’ll just have to go without seeing him for awhile. GREAT WEBSITE!

I have to agree with Carol, it is good news for those across the pond, but not so good for some eager US fans. Of course, I’m still hoping and praying for a TX date - the city of Stafford (near me) has built a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Theatre/Convention Center. To have Sir Jones that close would be so awesome!
Oh, I also have to agree with Carol about this website - it’s one of the best as far as professionalism and information sharing; it is the best as far as being kept up-to-date! Logging on here first thing in the morning goes great with that first cup of coffee! Keep up the great work!
BTW, you mentioned that Sir Jones was still changing up his attire…what did he wear on Tuesday night???

I hope the rumor is true! It’s about time he will come to Europe. I hope he will come to Holland. I’ll be the first one to buy tickets! I’ll be watching the website…

Wow! Thank you so much for keeping us so nicely informed. Sorry, Ladies but this time Tom will be ours (at least for a while, alas!) I hope that you, American fans, are aware of your luck, aren’t you? You know, at the moment, I just feel as if I knew I was going to be served a delicious meal after months of starvation! But I’ll have to prepare myself because I’m so frustrated that anytime I go to see Tom I need a week to pull myself together.

Keep up the good work your site is better than his own…! There is so much more to tell than they mention on their site.

Is there any news yet on his European tour for June, July and August?????? Since nothing has been updated on his itinerary past May, I guess we can assume we will be without Tom in the U.S. for the summer months. PLEASE SAY IT ISN’T SO!!!!!!

I certainly hope the rumor isn’t true. I only get to see Tom in the summer, and I don’t know what I’d do if I had to miss it! Does anyone know if this rumor is true? I hope the tour schedule is up soon so we can see for sure where Tom is headed!
