Saturday, August 4th, 2007It’s great to welcome Scoop back after an absence of a few months. As you can tell, Scoop’s enthusiasm for Tom hasn’t waned…..Just like so many of us.
Tom Jones opened in Atlantic City like it was his first time all over again. Don’t know why, but he was rested, looking fit, full of energy and sounding especially polished! I’ve seen Tom start up many times after he’s had time off. The first night is usually the one where he hacks the frogs out of his throat. On Thursday night on the Boardwalk there were no frogs. Those in attendance were treated to the best Tom Jones has to offer, and that’s plenty good! Where he got the pep in his step will forever remain a mystery (to us anyway). But then Mr. Jones is no stranger to re-invention. Keep on Steppin’ Tom. We’re doing our best to keep up with you!

You may as well call Tom Jones Mr. Charisma because, even with a cheesy goatee and bad dye job, the Welsh Wonder still rocks like no other. Sure, he’s pushing 70, but Tom still has the smooth moves and powerful voice that have caused panties to fly for more than 40 years. And who else could do a Prince song and make it cooler than the original? If you haven’t seen Tom live, Help Yourself to one of the greatest performers of all time during one of his MGM Grand performances throughout the year.

Cheesy goatee and bad dye job?? He’s absolutely GORGEOUS! Don’t ever shave your goatee off, Tom! The writer must be jealous…

Isn’t it odd that the writer said that? Everything else was glowing but those nine words were just rude. OH, well, at least he recognizes that talent and charisma The Man possesses. That’s something.

Hi Everyone, I went to Tom’s Sunday night show in Atlantic City at the ShowBoat casino. I was two tables center row from the stage. GREAT seats. The show was supposed to start at 7:00, but had to start a little later because they were still seating people. The place was packed. On these wide screens they showed images of a satelite circling the planets,and then TOM JONES INTERNATIONAL pops on. That’s when I became really excited. I never felt so proud to be associated with a web site. Well here comes Tom in all of his glory. I don’t have to tell you that he was brilliant, or that his voice was superb. Like I said I had a great seat, and here are a few observations. He wore a blue ring that matched his eyes. His eyes were just sparkling and filled with humor. He did laugh at himself quite a bit.You knew that he loved being there. Oh, did I mention that the man can MOVE? Hedid one move that floored me. It’s actually a bellydancing move. He shook his whole body while standing still. He did it while singing “Git Me Some”, which is now my favorite song. All I can say is bravo,and pant pant.Lol Anyway I can go on and on. I’ve seen him four times and this was the BEST show in my opinion. Go Sir Tom!!

I wish the comments would stop. They are not neccacery. See Tom for what he really is and that is about the music. I think Tom is great, and that no bobdy on this earth could put on a show like Toms. Tom keep doing what you do us fans love it.

Only 2 more days to THE VOICE! I’ve seen him dozens of times and each time TJ is a powerhouse. I’m excited he is re-engerized. Maybe its the fact that he has a new label and is recording. Thanks to everyone for for sharing and spreading the news.
