Just A Few Minutes & The Last Tour of 2007 Will Begin

Be sure to read nancy j’s review of Pechanga in the comments section.

In, literally, just a few minutes, Tom and the gang go onstage at Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California.

Then it’s on to Atlantic City where they play the Hilton next Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Finally, it’s back to Las Vegas, December 6 through 19.

We wish everyone great gigs and hope that we hear from you if you get to see them.

The November 24th show at Pachanga was…..FABULOUS!!! Definitely one of the best — though — I keep saying that after each show! The Pachanga Casino theater is a modern venue that lends itself well to Tom’s dynamic performance. A large screen showed the (well-known) TJ International video intro and also, during the show, many great video clips of Tom and life in general. He thrilled us with incredible energy, voice, personality, dancing, smiles & winks, chit-chat with the crowd — and even some honest-to-gosh ad-libbing!! He was obviously having a very fun time with us, (as was the whole band) and let us know. Amazingly, the security let us lucky first-row fanatics be up and dancing close to the stage from the get-go. Tom was obviously delighted with our enthusiasm and showered us with attention and encouragement — to OUR delight! Tom wore his classic purple striped suit, the jacket lined with yellow and his black shirt, which appeared to be beaded or sequined. The song line-up seemed to be the same as was heard at Humphreys on Sept. 30th, with a bit of shuffling, which worked well. He opened with Raise Your Hands, which just turned the place on! Tom was extremely flirtatious with his delivery of Git Me Some, to our delight. He packed an extra punch into Delilah, and there was a new arrangement for With These Hands which seemed to provide more support from the band and trio. Cry for Home was very spiritual. The band was fantastic. Tom stayed on the stage for a bit after the encore and thanked the crowd over and over. The front row right fans had a great time during the show Luise and I met the fun and friendly Art and spouse from Clarement, CA, Paulette from Huntington Beach and Anna, who was down from Toronto. Art’s emailing me some pics so I’ll send them ASAP. Well, I’m definitely checking the new tour schedule — see you there!!!
