I was at the Louisiana show on Ferbruary 16, 2008 at the Paragon Casino. What a way to spend a Saturday night! It was the first time I had seen "him" and I was screaming like I was 17. I've only become an avid fan this last year. I guess he fell of my radar in the 80s and 90s. Boy, did I miss out. I flew to Vegas last year for one night. It would be my first sighting — third row. But, when I went down to the Hollywood Theatre my Tom Jones world was shattered. He was ill and the show was canceled. My beautiful daughter was with me and consoled me like I was a child. Devastated, I cried. What power does this man have to make a grown woman act like that! But I made another attempt and drove from Texas to Louisiana (my accommodating daughter at my side) to the Paragon Casino. His buses were there so I knew my changes were pretty good that I would this time get to lay my eyes on "him." No first row or even third row) seats were to be had. They were reserved for casino tribal owners, so we settled for bleacher seats so far away I had to look through opera glasses to get my first actual glimpse of the man live and in person. The crowd went wild and I was finally one of "them" — one of the millions of women who have seen Tom Jones in person. And, of course, I felt like he came just to sing for me. Now I have to see him again but it will be first row or, maybe, third. Thank you, Tommy, for making this last year very interesting!

I agree with you SusannePDX, the writer does sound like someone who is fighting her own urges and doesn't want to admit being won over by Tom. And as those of us who've been fortunate to be close to the stage can testify, Tom is 100% muscle and man — no sock needed!

I was at the show Feb. 15. He was great. Second time I've seen him and he puts on a great act. He sang, joked, and laughed with and at himself. His voice is great. Lots of ages there, but mostly 50's and 60's. He was a little risque, but everyone loved it. He's lost weight and his moves aren't what they were in late '60's but he still has "it." His band and singers seem to really like him and they all have a good time...smiling, blowing him kisses, etc. Can't want to go to my 3rd concert. By the way, where in U.S. does he live?

I am not sure calling a woman a MILF would be a compliment, lol. So, now when do we get these pictures you teased us with on here?

This sounds like a young girl that doesn't want to admit she's been bitten by the TJ bug. Poor thing, if she would have gotten closer to the stage whe would have known the sock rumors are false. Fab photo though.

"Ed & All: Sorry to tease, but we cannot resist: Speaking of “incredible” photos,
watch this site over the next few days."

Hey! Not fair! :D

"Interesting" review but once again it doesn't say much. It's frustrating never reading anything about the actual show!

Lori, I'm with you on that one!

Cute review. Sounded like she was a little apprehensive about going but ended up having a great time. I love the pictures. I did notice that he's gone back to the full dark hair look as opposed to the lighter hair color and graying temples and goatee that he had in LV last month. I was fortunate to meet him last month and have my picture taken with him. I'm glad he had the more natural look for my photo. :) Counting the days until he returns in March!
